Oooh La La!

Hello all!! How everyones Valentine's Day and weekend?? Hope it was filled with lots of love whether it was from a boyfriend/girlfriend, friends and or family or even a stranger, hey it happens!  Any who, clearly someone is still in the spirit lol. This was actually my Vday outfit for work, but after the snow fiasco, I opted out of that decision, no hesitation. I've always liked pairing the darker hues with the lighter ones, so when I found this skirt I immediately knew the color top I wanted.  I like the variation it gives, not so monotonous. Come to think of it I have a dress very similar to this two piece ensemble. :-) I guess I really enjoy this color combo as well. hehe. I didn't actually wear the blazer, it wasn't the correct style for this look. I needed a more feminine fitted/tailored blazer; this one is more of a boyfriend style.  It was draped over my shoulders to knock out the office chill today. A little blazer always completes a look!

Hello all!! Its day three of the Valentines Day guide on what to wear!! How are you guys feeling about the looks thus far? Any who, this look is greared towards all my women whom are either anti-vaelntines day, could careless about it, or doesn't have a valentine and/or will be spending the day or going out to lunch with friends or family. Even though it is not the dressiest look, it still adds a festive touch and the back keyhole gives a hint of sexy! A little wedge knee high boot and voila your on your way looking good and feeling good! :-) 

No real why I decided to add the grey/silver tones, but that was the first thing that came to mind: purple and grey.

Love is in the Air ------ GIVEAWAY

Hello all & Happy Monday!! How was the weekend?! Hope all you guys were safe and enjoyed yourselves. Its the month of LOVE <3 of among other things, but Valentine's Day is quickly approaching! For those of you having trouble deciding on an outfit or what to pair together or just don't have time to think bout anything or go shopping, I will be posting ideas this week up until Thursday. The good thing is some things are right in your closet! :-) This fit is casual yet sexy; a blazer and heels are always the go to when you need to "dress" something up. My idea for this is if you and your special someone are doing an outing that doesn't call for a super sexy fit OR if you were just hanging out with friends and wanted to feel sexy and/or snag a number or two while out lol. Heart Awareness + GIVEAWAY!!

Hello all!! How are all my North Easterns holding up?! These last two snow storms were a bit much. To make matters worse, the city I work in did a HORRIBLE plowing job. That means they plowed about 2 roads, if that in the whole city! :-( Let's just say thank God I wasn't in any accidents. Any who, today was National Heart Awareness Month. Today, my coworkers from my division all wore red. I almost forgot, but you can always make it up with an accessory! So I decided to grow in a little red bag to complete the outfit and also show my awareness! :-) Side note: I love cream and red family colors together.
