Diamond Girl!

Hello all!! Happy Snowy Tuesday! This is the most confused year as far as the weather goes. One day its a blizzard, the next its mild & sunny, then its freezing with terrible winds ..... and snow! lol As long as the white fluff  is kept to a minimum I don't mind it. Any who, after having this cardi for about 2 years, I am finally putting it to use! (don't judge me) I am sure many of you can relate, yes? no? lol I was obsessed with this sweater when I first saw it, and just had to have it. Not sure if it was the color combo or the diamond pattern or both. :-) Oddly enough it took me a while to wear it. For this fit I wanted to stay within the color palette, but not look to monotonous, so I paired various (2) shades of grey and a statement necklace with with an extra pop of color to pull it all together.

Cozy Knits!

Hello all!! How are you guys doing?! Awesome I hope! Its the the time of the season for nice cozy sweaters!! This week I will be displaying all types of knits; chunky knits, open knits, thin knits, cozy knits... you get the picture. lol Today is a think, yet cozy warm knit. i just love this sweeter, its so simple, yet fashionable. I purchased this beauty from H&M! Paired it with some ripped skinny jeans and riding boots. Some silver jewels and a pop of lipstick turns it chic!

Fit in it!

Hello all!! How was the weekend? Good I hope. I was off Friday, so I had a nice, long 3 day weekend. Any who, I wore this a little while ago for a night out of birthday celebrating. I waited until the last minute and couldn't find anything to wear for a different party the weekend before.  I stumbled upon this dress as well as another one (black) and different style for ....... wait for it....... $7 each!!! Its lightly quilted with a small back keyhole. Very simple, yet stylish. The dress fits like a glove and easy pull off and on. lol Paired it with my fave shoes, because they are such an easy go to.



P.S. excuse my face, I took the pics after fun time and clearly didn't think about blotting. I'm a bit shiny lol & the photos are a little on the dark side :-)

Flower Blazer

Hello all!! How are you guys!? Coming back from a long lazy, yet busy weekend. I love 3 day weekends, a little bit of work, play and relaxation makes for a balanced life, I think. LOL Any who, in my favorite blazer! Well my favorite and only floral blazer. If I could, Id wear this blazer everyday. Does anyone else have a piece they feel that way about or am I just a weirdo? I think last time I paired it with a skirt, today, a pair of pants. Since the blazer and pants are full of color, I decided to balance it out a little by adding a solid neutral (black) colored shirt and pumps. Keeping the look slightly toned down and sophisticated.

Green & white

Hello all!! How are we doing on this cloudy, brisk Wednesday? Hope everyone's week is better than mine. Seems like my horrible Monday was the precedent for the rest of my week. smh : Positive thoughts: :positive thoughts: lol Any who, another lost file look; I have quite a few more coming. Some neutrals & whites with a pop of color and print. Paired some white capris with a been and white geometric print top. Like how the top has a little hidden side ruching, makes the fit that much better. Also like how the the front flap of the top is longer than the rest of the top. Hides the fact that my capris are a bit more roomy than id like them to be . lol As Tim Gunn would say, "Make it work"! :-) Added the tan wedge and darker green shoulder bag to off set the other two colors so it wouldn't look so monotonous and accessorized using gold jewels!

Ruffle Mania

Hello all!! How was everybody's weekend? Good I hope. Welp, today is officially the first day of Fall!! Even though us North Easterners have been experiencing it for the last 2 weeks or so. Goodbye Summer and hello Fall!! :-( I think I'm the only one not excited about the seasonal change. Still celebrating sumer, lol below I have a ruffle tai over happening. Was obsessed when i purchase this sod denim skirt from NY&Co a few years, but never wore it. Please don't judge me lol I know, I tend to do that a lot. Any who, Paired the ruffle skirt with a tapered ruffles sleeved top. At first, I thought it was going to be too much, but I think it turned out Fab! What do you think?? Topped it off with a colorful clutch to add some more flair and gold jewelry to accessorize.

Coral & Tan

Hello all!!! Its hump day and we're half way through the week! If its a trying one, stay positive; if its a good one, stay positive. Positive thoughts, yield positive results! Any who,  as much as I love love love color (s), Im also into mixing neutrals with my colors. This is one example of all the shades complimenting one another, helping bring out the other color. I always receive compliments when I wear colors in the orange and yellow family, oddly enough my closet doesn't offer much of those colors. lol I think any color with a hint or so of a neutral is always a go, especially the brights! My entire ensemble came from NY&Co a few years ago. Only thing new or partially new here, are the wedges, purse and the nail polish, which I have been wearing basically all summer. Mix a little old with some new and you have a fab outfit!


P.S. I'm in love with white nail polish. I specifically us the the Essie Polish in 'Blanco'.

Hello all!! Happy Belated Labor Day!! How was everyone's weekend! How was you all Labor Day?? Enjoyed some BBQ?? Hope everyone was safe, happy and comfortable. Any who, scored this crop top at NY&Co about a month or so ago on sale for I believe $7.99!! :-) And yep! I got both colors, a pink one; kind of upset it didn't come in more colors or patterns. :-( Paired my new fave top with my favorite biker inspired jeans for a street chic look. Love these jeans btw!
