Happy 1 Year Blogiversary!!!

Hello all!! One a year ago today I decided to start a fashion blog. I love clothes accessories, shoes, purses and all things girly! Oh and taking pictures of course! So I thought hey, why not share, express and write about what I love to others. Not thinking people would care or even "like" what they would see, but I didn't want that to overcome my goal. Let's be honest, I shop and dress for me and not everyone is going to like what you like. But to my surprise, I received the opposite reaction. It's been a great experience so far and I'm working on making it bigger and better for me and all of you! :-)

Posted a couple of looks from the beginning to now.. I definitely evolved  as time passed....

Blog Rewind...

It may not seem like it, but I was nervous and excited to start. I am more of a shy, reserved person and once you put yourself out there, you don't know what to expect. As they saying goes, you will never know until you try. I am glad I took the chance! Just wanted to say THANK YOU to everyone who follows, likes, comments and etc. throughout my blog and other forms of social media. I don't know what this year has in store for me, but I am looking forward to what it has to offer. To show my appreciation I will do a giveaway or two!

Peek-A-Boo

Hello All! How are you? Did we just get a taste of Winter?! Brrrr!! The temps dropped quite low and had me in for a surprise. I can say I'm definitely not ready for old man winter to step in any time soon.  Just glad it wasn't cold enough for the snow to stick and it didn't last long. But underneath all the layers, warmth & cold, lies an outfit. LOL Had to take out one of my fave heels! If I could wear these shoes everyday I would, but thats not in my nature so I won't  hehehe :-). Enjoying this little cardi from Old Navy. It fits almost like a mini bomber jacket; not too long or wide & it sits just right. Accompanied by a pair of high waist slacks, making it perfect not to show too much skin.

Juicy & Jean

Hello all!! How was the weekend?! Some extended, some not?? I was one of the few with an extended weekend, minus working for the first time on a Saturday.  So, I guess it pretty much evened itself out lol.  It was also pretty nice besides the winds, but sun makes everything better, or is it just me? Any who, a combination of two of my few fav pieces! Two very simple pieces put together to make an eye catching look. Shirt, jeans and flats are all a few years old, but H&M did come out with an update on this jean.

Black & Tan Chevron

Hello all!! How's the week been treating you? It has been a rough one for me. Instead of being in the office this week, I volunteered for the Fugitive Safe Surrender in Jersey City; a nice change of atmosphere and tempo. I am just glad it is almost  over for me, I'm pooped, but it is always good to volunteer and try new things. Any who, Tried out the chevron print. I don't where I have been, because couldn't find the print. The I saw this and had to have it. Nice and simple, but the chevron gives the colors a different dynamic.

Blue & Tan

Hello all!! Happy Tuesday! How are you guys?! Did everyone enjoy the weekend? I had a semi busy Saturday and a very lazy Sunday, so I can't complain. How's the time change treating you? It's always good that first morning because you feel so refreshed and rested. Then reality sets in that night and the next morning that your body hasn't exactly adjusted. :sigh: Any who, just a simple color combo with a little twist. Each item (Top, Pants, shoes) are about 5yrs old, worn before, but never together. Some things go :out of style" while other things are classics and can be updated.
